Cancellation policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and we aim to accommodate unforeseen changes.

Term-based class cancellations

If you need to cancel a single class for any reason, you need to provide minimum 8 hours’ notice by texting Rob on 0408 052 962. We can provide a credit worth $75 (the cost of a class) for ONE cancelled class per term. We cannot provide additional credits if you cancel more than one class, and we cannot provide refunds. We will send you a coupon that you can redeem when you book a future class or workshop.

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel the entire term, you need to provide ten business days’ notice before the first class starts in order to receive a full refund. If you use the website to cancel a class, you are automatically removed from every class due to the system limitations.

Workshop cancellations

Please provide seven days’ notice before the workshop starts in order to receive a full refund.

Mont Albert Clay does not accept liability for any injuries that are caused through the misuse of the studio or equipment.
